The sooner the better, especially for peak dates (spring and fall weekends, the holidays). Popular dates go fast — once you’re ready, a signed agreement and retainer lock your date in.

Your booking includes the Mirror X photo booth, a trained on-site attendant for the full run, setup and breakdown, unlimited sessions during your event, instant prints, instant digital sharing (text/email), and a digital gallery. Custom backdrops, branded overlays, and interactive add-ons are available on top.

Yes. Guests get a printed keepsake in hand on the spot and the digital version delivered instantly to their phone, with your full event gallery available afterward.

The Mirror X needs roughly a 10×10 ft footprint and a dedicated standard power outlet nearby. We confirm space, power, and load-in details directly with your venue before the event — that’s our job, not yours.

Fully — we carry $2M liability coverage and can send a Certificate of Insurance to your venue the same day it’s requested.

We’re based in Birmingham and serve events statewide across Alabama. Travel beyond our local radius is factored transparently into your custom quote.
